It’s Up to Each One of Us

It’s Up to Us is about helping San Diegans talk openly about mental health, recognize signs of challenges, find local resources, and seek support. We aim to inspire wellness, reduce stigma, and prevent suicide.

In The Spotlight

Mental Health Is Health

When we feel overloaded, we often hide what’s going on with our mental health and say “I’m fine” or “I’m okay.” But reaching out and being honest about your feelings can help encourage people to get the support they need. Next time you feel overloaded, just remember that help is available and you’re not alone. Learn more about how to care for your mental health.
